THE OPPORTUNITY
SUTTONS MOTORS GROUP one of Sydney’s most successful and professional automotive dealer groups has a centralised department to manage internet inquiries for a mixed franchise dealerships. We are growing rapidly – so we need more on our team. Come and join us.
THE ROLE/JOB
This in-office position mainly involves following up phone calls customers have with our own dealerships or previous appointments. You’ll also be providing details and information about vehicles to prospective buyers. Training and information on cars is provided.
This is a 5 day rotating roster position, including every second Saturday and Sunday.
To be successful you will need:
Confident telephone manner and experience
Computer skills and internet savvy
Fluent English speaking skills
Reliable, with strong work ethic
Self motivated and team player
Desirable experience
Call centre experience an advantage
