Brief Description
Contact customers with overdue accounts.
Update customer details and negotiate payment arrangements and follow-up.
Check and update vehicle registrations and insurance.

This position requires you to have sound collection skills in locating customers who have defaulted on lease rental payments.

Essential criteria

Experience in a similar role or phone experience

Privacy Act / Consumer Credit Code knowledge

Skip tracing tools knowledge

Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills

Results driven and customer focused

We are offering a competitive salary package, plus reward incentive commission (after reaching monthly targets and probation period)
